Plant Construction / Technologies

The engineers at Bilfinger EMS  have decades of experience in planning and designing plants, systems and system components. The major design phases are continuously supported by staff expertise in manufacturing, assembly and maintenance. Successful project realization is ensured by comprehensive project management, effective design tools and regular employee training. We are specialized in the area of gas treatment plants and their components. A team of qualified employees provides the necessary design services in process engineering, E&IC engineering, mechanical engineering and construction (3D design). The plant construction portfolio includes:

Gas treatment plants
Gas dehydration units for gas production, transportation and storage

  • Various processes: absorption (glycol), adsorption (solids), low temperature
  • separation (LTS, CFA)
  • Low environmental impact as a result of ultra-modern combustion chamber
  • technology and automation technology
  • Glycol dehydration units with buffer tanks ensure very high availability and
  • low operating costs with their effective redundancies
  • Automation and electrical engineering for the plants

Components and skid units

  • Filter, separator
  • Adsorber
  • Heat exchanger, heater
  • Heat production (boiler, regeneration gas heater)
  • Flares systems (up to 30 MW)
  • Chambers (gaseous, liquid media)
  • Gas pressure regulation systems
  • Tank storage

Renewable energies

  • Biogas upgrading and grid supply
  • Biogas cleaning: BASF Oase Green

Process for the utilization of regenerative energy and CO2 for the production of methanol or methane

  • Power to gas
  • Power to liquid
